Compensation Schemes: The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) will continue to protect you and your investments.

Nelabai suprantu aš to Brexit'o.

Man kažkaip shady atrodo.

Will this affect my investments?
No, your investments and assets will remain unaffected.

How will my assets be protected?
The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) will continue to protect your investments.
What if I need to make a formal complaint?
Our complaints policies will remain unchanged. If we can’t put things right, your complaint can be escalated to the FOS. As always, we'll do our best to ensure that you receive nothing less than outstanding service, and you can reach our 24/7 customer care team in case you're unhappy or any doubts arise.

Gal čia kažkaip su šituo susiję, nors iki galo nesuprantu: atseit, jei ne EU brokeris EU klientui nesiūlo investicinių produktų ar paslaugų, viskas ok, maždaug, čia jis pats į mus kreipėsi...
https://brokerchooser.com/how-to-invest/brexit-impactrašė: EU regulations provide some leeway for UK-based brokers that do not wish to change their business model at all. Under the MiFID II legislative framework instituted by the EU to regulate financial markets and improve investor protection, there is a provision that allows brokers operating in a third country to serve EU customers at the exclusive initiative of the client. In practice, this means that financial service providers established in a non-EU country will not need EU authorization to serve EU retail clients if the service is provided at the explicit initiative of the client. There is a caveat, though. The law states that an initiative by such clients will not entitle the third-country firm to market new categories of investment products or investment services to that client otherwise than through the branch. This will significantly impair a broker’s ability to gain new clients.
