We are reaching out to you about your N26 bank account, which was cancelled last week on Thursday 14 April.
We understand the stress and frustration that this will have caused, and are here to support you in quickly recovering your funds. For us to do so, please provide us with details of an alternative bank account to transfer the funds to. You can do so by replying to the cancellation email sent on 14 April 2022 with an IBAN and BIC number of an alternative bank account, along with the full name of the account holder.

We are incredibly sorry for the inconvenience associated with your N26 account having been closed and would like to offer you the opportunity to reopen your account. We fully understand that any unexpected interruption to access your funds has been a source of stress and frustration and we hope to be able to serve you again.
Should you choose to have your account reopened, you can expect:
An unchanged IBAN number from your original account, where the same Terms and Conditions from the time of closure will apply
A restored account balance and transaction history from your original account
Any insurance coverage that may have come with your existing membership as well as any standalone insurance that was previously set up
Complimentary N26 Metal for two years at no cost to you.
Any previous virtual or physical cards will need to be reissued, which we are of course happy to do at no cost to you. You will also need to set up any standing orders and direct debits to your account again, and set up your Spaces and sub-accounts from your main account once more.
If you would like us to reopen your account, please respond within the next ten days to this email to let us know (a simple "yes" is sufficient). In doing so, do remember that we will be processing your request in line with N26’s privacy policy. Once we have heard from you, our team will work to reactivate your account within 2-3 business days.
If you prefer not to reopen your account and, therefore, have your funds paid out to an alternative bank account, please reply directly to this email to inform us of this, with an IBAN and BIC number of an alternative bank account where you would like any remaining funds transferred in case you have not done so already. In case you do not respond to this email within ten days, we will assume you are not interested in reopening your N26 account.
In the meantime, you can reach out to our team by emailing assistance@n26.com at any time, if you have questions about re-opening an account or transferring your funds.

Internete vis daugėja atsiliepimų, bei pastebėjimų, kad visi šitie uždarymai buvo specifiniame laiko tarpe, pletkai sako, kad gali būti tiesiog programuotojo klaida algoritme, kuri jau ištaisyta.
Anyway, nepaisant šituo nesusipratimu, apskritai esu patenkintas n26 banku, kokybiška paslauga, ir supportas, daug pinigų padėjo man išgryninti, už nedidelius komisinius.
